Role overview
Joining us in the Polish market means taking a key role in driving our growth and expanding our presence in this dynamic region. As a New Business Manager, you will play a crucial part in accelerating our market penetration. Your role is to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and Acquire New Clients, including brands, agencies, and companies looking to leverage influencer and performance marketing for their campaigns. Research and prospect potential clients, partners, and market segments to uncover new revenue streams.
  • Lead Negotiations and Close Deals: drive the full sales cycle, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Use CRM Tools to Manage the Sales Pipeline: forecast revenues and provide regular updates on progress and results to leadership. 
  • Represent Metapic Within Your Network: act as a trusted ambassador within your industry network, showcasing the agency’s expertise in influencer marketing and campaign measurement to build trust and credibility.
  • Represent Metapic at Events: attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: partner with internal teams (e.g., campaign managers, product) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and alignment with client expectations.
  • Help Shape the Future of Metapic Missiowith your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Your profile
  • +3 years of an Affiliate/ Digital/ Influencer Marketing Sales/ Business Development experience 
  • A proven history of achieving sales success
  • Knowledge of local business and own network of contacts
  • English at professional level
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and metrics 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for managing sales pipelines and client relationships (a plus)
