Role overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for Metapic Nordics, with experience in the content and influencer marketing industry, who can build strong relationships with both new and existing advertisers. As a part of the Nordics client management team, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue by establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage partnerships with brands, media agencies, and e-commerce partners.
  • Budget responsibility (plan, follow up and evaluate budget goals together with Team Leader). 
  • Maintain and nurture our client portfolio together with the Nordics sales team. 
  • The top priority is to drive sales through highly effective cost-per-click (CPC) and fixed-fee models in the Nordic markets of Sweden and Norway.
  • Help the tech team understand market requirements and support them in product development workshops with ideas and insights. 
  • Contribute to Metapic’s positive and entrepreneurial culture.
Your profile

Professional requirements  

  • You have previous experience in media and campaign sales or experience in account management and understand the value of relationship building in business.
  • You have experience working with media agencies and well-developed relationships in the industry
  • You understand the strength of influencer marketing and the landscape we are in 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience within digital marketing, media agency and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working in Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote and Hubspot is a plus.  
  • A bachelor's and master's in business studies or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English proficiency (other Nordic languages are a plus)
  • You have a proven history of achieving sales success.
